The conference will be held at Phoenix Island, which is also designated officially as participants¡¯ accommodation. Phoenix Island provides 300 condominium-style rooms (112.2m2 and 178.2 m2). The accommodation place is named ¡°Bella Terrace¡±. The living areas and baths are designed with three or four bay windows to bring the natural environment as close to our guests as possible. Skylights and glass elevators complete the effect. Bella Terrace is also equipped with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hanging garden, seawater sauna, 5-meter diving pool, dining room, Korean restaurant, karaoke bar and shops. The Phoenix Island Resort offers ICPVT participants the special rate discounted 35%. Phoenix Island has condominium-styled accommodations with 2 rooms, 2 restrooms and kitchen each house. You can share a house with upto 4 persons. For the hotel reservation, please complete the reservation form and pay for the full room rates via online for reservation guarantee. You will get automatically a confirmation of hotel reservation by email. In order to set up a budget, please refer to the room rate and meal cost.

Cancellation made after August 31, 2009 is subject to the cancellation charge.
